These kitchen bags are just as strong as the regular plastic bags I’ve been using and I feel so much better reducing my carbon footprint with the HoldOn bags. Thank you for making such a great environmentally friendly product!

First time ever trying compostable bags and I couldn’t be happier. They are strong, sturdy and look good. I love getting a subscription and never having to “think” about shopping for them at the grocery store.

I’m a convert. These are made of a thick material that works great for lunches or storing food in the fridge. I feel so much better using these than disposable plastic. So glad I gave them a try!

These trash bags are awesome. They are super durable and way better than regular plastic bags. They literally hold up so well, I will never go back. I’m hooked and love the subscription, so I never have to worry about running out!

Why We Created HoldOn Bags

We started HoldOn because we kept on saying to ourselves, “Hold on a second?!” There has to be a better way to toss out our trash. So we set to work developing bags made from plant-based and compostable materials that use far less fossil fuel in production and are free of microplastics. HoldOn bags are made with a unique blend of renewables that break down cleanly in weeks, not centuries.
