Over the years, we have tried different brands of bags for our kitchen compost bucket. We use the county commercial compost service. Hold On is the best by far. No leaks. We always add a couple pieces of compostable paper to soak up liquids, but have had to add multiple layers with other brands and still needed to double bag the disintegrating mess. We order more than 1 box at a time to save on shipping, but then store the extra in the freezer. Don't know if Hold On recommends this, but I figure it can't hurt.
